The best and worst parts

My spacious suite was amazing with a picturesque view of the town square perfect for morning coffee. The staff were pretty good too accommodate my breakfast schedule, really good service.

Unfortunately, I encountered noise disturbances, made sleep difficult at night. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible dust that detracted from my overall comfort.

The setting is great. Very old town. Staff very accomodating. Had to ask for a ground floor for my elderly father since there are no elevators. Restaurant on site very good. Breakfast and dinner were great. Would recommend. Within walking distance of alot of cool old sites.

For some not having air conditioning might be a problem. And the dogs do bark at night. But for us the ambience was worth it.

The hotel is reasonably clean, has views over the town.

Excellent location, nice old building. Room is large and decorated with old pieces of furniture. Nice and helpful staff.

Can't park in the citadel, access is restricted. No wireless internet in the room. Breakfast was sub-par, and doesn't match with the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The huge room was such a delight! Loved the antique furniture and the comfy bed. Just a bummer there was no air conditioning during the hot nights 🛏️

The rooms we booked were really spacious. The views over the ssquare were great. There was a reasonable selection of food at breakfast. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was not that clean but not so bad I felt I should complain (you should see my bathroom at home!). The quilts were too small for the beds so my husband and I could not both get under it.

reasonably large room with central heating and a flat-screen tv with cable channels for a very nice stay. pleasant staff and quick to respond. location just off the still open restaurant and sighisoara's old town.

I encountered noise disturbances , made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast hours, and it took a long time to receive assistance. The lack of air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm, which negatively impacted my overall experience.

The excellent location, beautiful view of my window, the middleaged atmosphere, frendly staff and delicious cuisine.

The entrance/parking-fee for the old city od Sighisoara was not announced at Booked.net and I discovered that other hotels indeed give their clients a free card to use during their stay.

Hotel Casa Wagner offers a great location in the heart of the historic center. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, while the professional staff were attentive and accommodating.

The spacious room and charming decor. Being right in the heart of the city made exploring super easy.

Excellent location on the main square in Sighisoara old town. Little traffic around the hotel due to the fee (15 Lei) to enter the old town with a car. Many historic features in the huge family room (painted ceiling, antique furniture) as well as a modern bathroom. Polite and helpful staff.

Food in the restaurant (breakfast, dinner) was very bad - not much selection for breakfast and everything we were served was tasteless. Most plates and cups had cracks and tables were not very clean. Unfomcortable bed. Wireless internet has very weak signal throughout the hotel. Difficult to find parking near hotel in the evening mid-week in summer.
